Guaranteed delivery within 24 hours (working days) to England, Wales and parts of Scotland £8.50, excluding the Highlands & Islands, postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, where delivery is within 72 hours (working days) and costs £16.85.
Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours to Northern Island £10.51, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly costs £11.88.
Dispatch
For all orders received before 3pm subject to availability will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. All orders received after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that National Holidays in England are not classed as a working day. All products are subject to availability, we will always to endeavour to inform you of any delays in deliveries. For these delays we can accept no responsibility or liability.
Delivery
Next Day Deliveries will be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Delivery within 2 working days will be delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries tend to be made between 7am and 5.30pm Monday-Friday. If you require Saturday delivery (at an extra cost) deliveries will be made between 7am and 12.30pm.
Please note that Saturday does not constitute as a working day. All parcels will require a signature, and will not be left without one.
Packages will be delivered twice, if there is no success with the parcel being delivered it will be returned to source. In the event of this happening we will contact you, and resend the parcel at a further cost to the consumer. Special requests can be made, such as ‘leave next door.’
